David Joyce, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio's 14th district, has recently shared his thoughts on various important issues through social media posts. Joyce, who succeeded Steve LaTourette in 2013, has been active in Congress since then and continues to engage with the public on pressing matters.

On January 27, 2025, Joyce marked Holocaust Remembrance Day by acknowledging the tragedy of more than six million Jews murdered during this dark period in history. He emphasized the importance of vigilance against antisemitism: "On Holocaust Remembrance Day, we honor the more than 6 million Jews murdered during one of the darkest times in human history. With antisemitism still prevalent in the US and across the world, today reminds us that we must remain vigilant in fighting this hate every day."

Later that day, Joyce addressed educational choices for children during National School Choice Week. He reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring families have options for their children's education: "Every child is unique, and they all deserve a high-quality education that fits their needs. During National School Choice Week, I am reaffirming my commitment to making sure families have the right to choose what is best for their children."

On January 30, 2025, Joyce expressed his sorrow over a plane crash near DCA and extended gratitude to first responders at the scene: "I am devastated to see the heartbreaking news of a plane crash near DCA tonight. Thank you to the first responders who are working at the scene. My prayers are with the victims and their families."
