The Board of Zoning Appeals of Leroy Township, Lake County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on the 24th day of January 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall located at 6684 Paine Road. Shiloh Christian Church, dba Lifehouse Church, 14230 Radcliffe Road, has requested a variance of Section 23.04 to replace their existing illuminated sign with an upgraded, larger illuminated sign. A copy of the request is on file and is available for inspection and copying by calling (440) 254 – 4601. Oral and written comments will be taken at this hearing. By order of Leroy Twp.
