Lakeland Community College issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
We are partnering with our friends over at the Lake Humane Society for a Letters to Santa fundraiser! For only $5, you can have your child write a letter to Santa and they will get a response in the mail!
Letters can be submitted online or dropped off at the "Magical Mailbox" beginning Dec. 11 after 10:30 a.m. at Lakeland Community College inside the A-Building entrance so they can be shipped to The North Pole!
Deadline to submit letters is Dec. 15. A personalized letter FROM Santa will be mailed Dec. 18 to all registered children.
