Lake County Sheriff's Office Sheriff Frank Leonbruno issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
3 year old light skinned female on High St. Fairport Harbor PD has the child. Contact at (440) 354-3434.
Fairport Harbor PD located a 3 year of age child in the 700 block of High St. The child is described as light skinned with brown curly hair. The parents have not been able to be located. Please contact the Lake County Sheriff's Office Central Dispatch Division at (440) 354-3434, if you have information on the parents of this child or you are the parents of this child.
