On Friday, April 4, former Willoughby South High School standouts Gavin McArther and Nico Frizell’s current college team, the Mercyhurst Lakers, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the LIU Sharks.

The game took place at LIU Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Sharks this season.

The Lakers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at LIU Baseball Stadium against LIU Sharks.
