There were 2,628 students enrolled in Painesville City Local Schools in the 2022-23 school year, 0.5% less than the previous year, according to the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52.5% of them were boys, and 47.5% were girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were Hispanic, representing 56.7% of the Painesville City Local Schools total enrollment.

Painesville City Local Schools roughly covers seven schools within Lake County and has a main office in Painesville.

Among the seven schools in Painesville City Local Schools, Harvey High School recorded the highest enrollment of 777 students in the 2022-23 school year.
