The first half of 2021: Home prices in Grand River fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Grand River fell by $2,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 1.5% decrease over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grand River in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Grand River for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,042, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
