The second quarter of 2021: Willoughby experienced a 9.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Willoughby rose by $15,100 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Willoughby in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Willoughby for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,143, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
