Pricing for the median home in Grand River decreased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Grand River fell by $11,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $176,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Grand River in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Grand River for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,042, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
