Median home prices in Shoreland rose to $125,250 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Shoreland rose by $15,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,250 - a 13.9% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Shoreland in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Shoreland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,925, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
