The first quarter of 2021: Perry experienced a 24.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Perry rose by $33,650 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,650 - a 24.9% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Perry in the first quarter of 2020.
