Willoughby Hills home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Willoughby Hills fell by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $222,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the first half of 2019.
