Grand River home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Grand River fell by $676 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 0.4% decrease over the $168,176 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grand River in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Grand River for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,701, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
