Willoughby Hills home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Willoughby Hills rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 3% increase over the $218,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the second quarter of 2019.
