Willoughby home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Willoughby rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 353 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 406 homes sold in Willoughby in 2017.
