North Perry home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in North Perry fell by $2,400 while total sales decreased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 1.5% decrease over the $162,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in North Perry in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
