Perry home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Perry fell by $91,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 36.3% decrease over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Perry in March 2017.
