Fairport Harbor home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Fairport Harbor rose by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,250 - a 30.6% increase over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Fairport Harbor in the first quarter of 2017.
