Willoughby Hills home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Willoughby Hills fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the second quarter of 2017.
