Timberlake home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Timberlake rose by $52,400 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,500 - a 54.5% increase over the $96,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Timberlake in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Timberlake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,281, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
