Willoughby home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Willoughby rose by $1,400 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,400 - a 1% increase over the $134,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Willoughby in the fourth quarter of 2017.
